Can’t get to depth in your squat? Shoulders won’t go overhead in a lift? Frustrated that no one seems to know what’s wrong? In a Movement Analysis session, I’ll play detective and figure out what’s going on in your body to cause this issue.

We’ll spend an hour together:

  • Assessing your movement patterns
  • Finding your weaknesses
  • Looking at breathing mechanics
  • Developing corrective movement strategies, therapeutic exercises, and more efficient ways to move in the gym and in the world

Once we figure out what’s going on, we’ll create a customized plan to help you fix the issue and reach your goals.
